Using the service

Ordimize is an independent software product operated by Surendra Mohnot, based in India. These terms apply to the Ordimize website and product features made available to you. By using the service, you agree to these terms where permitted by law. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. To create a product account, join a workspace or enter an agreement, you must be an adult with legal capacity to agree. You must comply with applicable laws.

Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and private organization invitation links, and use only workspaces you are authorized to access. Do not share or misuse credentials or invitation links to give unauthorized access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace Owners and Administrators control membership and delegated permissions. Being invited to a workspace does not transfer ownership of its information to you. You are responsible for permissions you grant and for having the rights needed to share content or connect a storage account.

Your content and storage

You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of your podcast media, instructions and other content. You give Ordimize permission to process the information you submit only as needed to operate the service, provide requested features and handle support or security matters described in the Privacy Policy.

Customer media is held in customer-controlled storage. You remain responsible for that storage account, its permissions, capacity, backups and the rights of people appearing in your media. Ordimize's production records and access checks do not replace your own media backups or rights clearance.

Changing access, disconnecting a storage connection or archiving an item does not automatically delete shared records or storage files. Review Data Requests before closing an account or workspace.

Acceptable use

• Use content and personal information only with appropriate rights and permission.
• Do not use Ordimize for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing activity.
• Do not bypass access controls, access another workspace without permission, or expose credentials or private invitation links.
• Do not disrupt the service, distribute malware, or abuse forms and email functions.

Beta availability and changes

Ordimize is under active development. Beta access may be limited, expire, or be suspended, and features may change. An invitation, newsletter subscription or roadmap description does not guarantee a particular feature or release date.

The current web experience supports the features enabled for your workspace. Desktop editing, direct media transfers and other planned capabilities are not included unless explicitly made available. We may change or discontinue beta features and will give notice where reasonably practical.

The current beta does not collect subscription payments through the product. Any future paid service, charges or renewal terms will be presented separately before you agree to them.

Third-party services

Authentication, email, hosting and customer storage rely on third-party services. The connected storage provider's terms, availability, quotas and account restrictions also apply. Authorizing a storage connection does not guarantee continued folder access if you or the provider changes permissions.

Service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular production deadline. You should verify outputs and keep independent copies of important content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ordimize is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from beta use. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Ending access and resolving concerns

We may limit or suspend access for a breach of these terms, security risks, legal requirements or the end of beta participation. Where appropriate and reasonably practical, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it.

You may stop using Ordimize and request account or workspace removal through Data Requests. For a concern or dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your location. Nothing here removes rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Updates to these terms

Changes will be posted here with an updated date. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively; continued use after they take effect is subject to the updated terms, where permitted by law.
