Data requests
Ask about your information, request corrections or removal, and understand what each action changes.

Make a request
Email privacy@ordimize.com, preferably from the address associated with your account or subscription. Alternatively, use our Contact form with the subject "Privacy request". You can request access, correction, a copy or export of your information, or deletion. Where applicable, you can also request portability, restriction of or objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. Tell us:
- Whether the request concerns a newsletter subscription, contact message, account, or shared workspace.
- The account email and workspace name, if relevant.
- What you want us to review or change.
Do not send passwords, access or refresh tokens, private invitation links or media files. There is currently no self-service account or workspace deletion button.
Newsletter and messages
Use the unsubscribe link in an Ordimize update to stop subscribed emails. If the link is unavailable, email us from the subscribed address. Unsubscribing does not close your product account or stop necessary account messages.
You can separately ask us to remove newsletter contact information or correspondence. Some consent or suppression records may need to remain to respect an unsubscribe choice or meet applicable obligations.
Account and shared workspace records
A workspace Owner or Administrator can remove a teammate's access. This is an access change, not an erasure of the user's account, completed work or shared production history.
For a whole-workspace request, contact us as the Owner or an authorized representative. We review the scope, other members' information and any records that must be retained. We explain what can be removed, what remains and any applicable limitations. Account, workspace and backup removal are handled as reviewed requests, not an automatic action triggered by sending an email.
If you are a guest or contributor mentioned in another organization's records, identify the relevant workspace or content as far as you can. We may need to coordinate with that organization before responding.
Storage connections and files
Disconnecting storage, revoking a provider's authorization and deleting Ordimize records are separate actions. Ask us if you want stored connection metadata or workspace records reviewed for deletion.
Disconnecting, revoking access or requesting an Ordimize account deletion does not delete your media in customer storage. Manage those files and their shared permissions in your own storage account. Current provider-specific instructions follow.
Disconnect or revoke Google Drive
- In an enabled Ordimize workspace, an authorized Owner or Administrator can open a Podcast's Setup → Storage and choose Disconnect Google Drive. This removes that Organization's saved refresh credential and invalidates its folder checks.
- To revoke Ordimize's Google grant, open Google Account connections, select the Ordimize connection and remove its access. This can affect other workspaces using the same account and app grant.
- Ask us separately if you want stored connection metadata or workspace records reviewed for deletion.
Your Google Drive files remain yours. Disconnecting, revoking access or requesting an Ordimize account deletion does not delete media in Google Drive. Manage those files and any shared permissions in your own storage account.
How we handle requests
We respond to privacy requests within the period required by applicable law. We may request additional information when necessary to verify your identity, confirm your authority or clarify the scope. We respond with the action or an explanation of any limit. Applicable rights and response requirements depend on your location and the circumstances. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data protection authority.
Information needed for legal obligations, security or other people's legitimate workspace records may not be removable in the same way as your personal contact details. Protected backup copies may also require separate handling.
Our Privacy Policy describes the information involved. For general product help, use Contact.
